Hitachi and X LABS announced a partnership to develop energy parks designed to provide gigawatt-scale power for AI data centers in North America. These parks will operate under an Energy as a Service model, allowing data center operators to secure stable power without large upfront investments. The first energy park is expected to be completed in the early 2030s.
