Svante acquires Carbon Alpha to enhance carbon capture and storage capabilities

Svante Technologies Inc. has acquired Carbon Alpha Corporation and its subsidiaries, including the North Star Bioenergy Carbon Capture and Storage project in Saskatchewan.
