ENGIE and Ares Management Corp have added one wind and two solar projects with a combined capacity of 730 MW in the ERCOT market. ENGIE retains a controlling share and will manage the assets, furthering its strategy of expanding renewable generation in North America. ENGIE now has over 16 GW of renewable projects in the U.S. and Canada.
