ABL Group has agreed to acquire SynergenOG, a Malaysia-based consultancy, to enhance its engineering and risk management services. The integration will expand ABL's presence in the Asia-Pacific region and add new capabilities in process safety and technical risk management. SynergenOG employs 45 consultants and supports energy projects in over 50 countries.
