BW Energy and Maurel & Prom have signed an agreement to acquire a combined 20% interest in Block 14 and 10% in Block 14K offshore Angola from Azule Energy. The transaction, valued at USD 97.5 million, will provide BW Energy with a net production of approximately 4 kbopd and access to 9.3 mmbbls of reserves.
