Centamil has launched the Hayagreeva HEx, a copper-matrix cold plate designed for AI data center infrastructure, capable of removing over 5,000W of heat. This product addresses the increasing power dissipation of AI accelerators, which has risen from 300W to 1,200W per chip, with projections of exceeding 4,400W in the near future. Production samples will be available to qualified partners within four to six weeks.
